Our western partner’s background lies in Senior Account Management and Project Management. We are experienced in Reporting and providing Budget Forcasts. This together with excellent organisational skills ensure timescales, costs and quality are adhered to.

Our local knowledge is fundamental in sourcing all building materials and seeking out advice on land surveys, buildings permits and dealings with the local government offices. Along with our extensive experience, we can face any challenge with relative ease.

PROJECT 1. PAC – PHANGAN ANIMAL CARE CLINIC
Dog & Cat Kennels, Dog Yard, A New clinic building with 2 sets of dog kennels inside, Walled & fenced perimeter with gate.

"This project was funded by grants and donations, and therefore required regular financial reports to be sent to sponsors. Baan Thai Land & House provided excellent, detailed financial reports, divided by my specifications, and updated bi-monthly as my sponsors required. Stage 1 – Renovation of Existing Buildings. 1 concrete house and 1 wooden house existed on the land and were renovated so the clinic could continue to operate whilst building new premises.

Stage 2 – Building of New Kennel Block, 2 Large Dog Kennels, 7 Dog Kennels, 9 Cat cages, Cat play area and enclosed Dog yard, all to detailed requirements.

Stage 3 – Veterinary Clinic building. Very high specifications were requested for a medical and surgical facilities building.

Stage 4 – Wall with dog fencing around full perimeter of land.

PROJECT 2. 4 BEDROOM HOUSE
Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 large western kitchen, and outdoor patio area. Landscaped gardens with surrounding wall.

PROJECT 3. 3 BEDROOM ROOM HOUSE
3 LARGE bedroom house, 2 bathrooms plus 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 large western kitchen with spacious living room joining a large outdoor patio area and a spacious balcony looking onto a tropical garden.

PROJECT 4. RESEARCH
Research Project for building a high end Resort. The project involved compiling results of all the Research for building a resort on Koh PhaNgan island.

1. Provided 4 Land Rental options meeting requested criteria.
2. Produced financial forecast’s for building of 1 large Restaurant, 15 bungalows, 4 two-storey rooms and 1 bar.
3. Supplied two estimates for swimming pool construction to specified request.
