Project Management.
We can take the stress out of building and organise your project for you.  We work closely with the building team at all stages of the project from initially discussing the plans, highlighting any issues with the land which may impact on your building structurally, ordering materials on time, supervising the building at every stage according to your specifications, provide budget forecasts and financial stage reports along with any other back office support you may require.

If you wish to manage your own project, we provide the following add-on services.

Building Teams.
We currently have a number of building teams working with us. We source building teams according to their experience, quality of work, price and the number of workers, depending on your needs.

Building Team Translation.
We provide Thai to English translation services with building teams, so whether you have your own team or we source a team for you, we can provide a translation service.

Reporting & Administration Support.
When any building project begins, bills, paperwork and receipts soon grow. We can translate all paperwork and provide a reporting service allowing you full transparency of the project costings.

Land Clearance.
We can organise clearing your land and if you are not sure where to start, we can assist, along with helping you with your next stage of the step by step process to getting ready to build.

Architect.
We work closely with several architects on the island and have up-to-date information concerning land permits and surveys.

Legal Issues.
The majority of our clients have researched all the legal issues surrounding a foreigner buying or renting land and building a property in Thailand. We strongly reccommend you complete this step before looking at land.
